My Story
In my recent conversations, a question frequently surfaces, sparking a journey of introspection and revelation:
Why, after a flourishing two decades in telecom and technology, did I choose to immerse myself in the real estate realm of the GCC?
The answer is personal—it’s about love, loss, and family.
In 2017, my father passed away. I took over his real estate projects and thought I was following his vision. But I soon realized it was my mother who built our family’s wealth. From age 19, she quietly managed and grew our investments at home and abroad.
Learning this changed everything for me. I saw her not just as a devoted mum but as a real estate powerhouse. Her strength and smarts inspired me to honor and grow our family’s legacy.
So, in 2017 I started my own real estate company. I worked from Pakistan to Dubai, aiming to put Pakistan on the global map through Gwadar. In 2018, I moved into Duqm, Oman, excited by its untapped potential as the country diversified its economy.
My journey has had many twists—from early days in telecom in 1997 (which led to my UK citizenship) to a big shift in 2007 after Steve Jobs shook up the industry. Then, Saudi Arabia’s reforms under MBS opened new doors for the whole GCC.
Now, I see huge opportunities across the region, not just in Dubai. The next 5–10 years will bring massive growth and change. I’m here to help you find and seize these chances.
